Quick installation of xmldiff-xmlrev:
Step 1: Update system:
sudo apt-get update

How to install xmldiff-xmlrev on Ubuntu 16.10?
First of all update your system with the command:
sudo apt-get update

After downloading the latest package list with the help of above you can run the installation process.
