How to install libclang-dev on Ubuntu 20.04 (Focal Fossa)?

How to install libclang-dev Architecture: amd64 Version: 1:10.0-50~exp1 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS?
First of all update your system with the command:
sudo apt-get update
